FSMS can assist your organisation in reducing its risk through the development of food safety programs specifically designed for industry sectors catering to vulnerable populations.

Food Safety Management Solutions is a leading provider of food safety and hygiene auditing services to the food service industry.

With ever increasing demands made upon the food service industry to provide safe and suitable food, FSMS can give you peace of mind by providing an independent and objective evaluation of your food safety risk, current management systems and the performance of your food suppliers, thereby providing you with an assurance that your risk is being effectively managed.

As our client we will provide you with ongoing services including food safety refresher training for your staff and annual reviews of your Food Safety Program to ensure that it continues to meet legislative requirements, along with any changes to your food service processes or procedures.

Legislative requirement for vulnerable population organisations:
"Standard 3.3.1 (Food Safety Programs for Food Service to Vulnerable Persons) requires food businesses that prepare food for service to vulnerable persons to implement a food safety program in accordance with Standard 3.2.1. Such as food businesses providing food to hospital patients, aged care residents and children in child care centres and businesses that deliver meals to vulnerable populations. Food businesses required to comply with this standard have until 5 October 2008 to have a food safety program in place".

FSMS will develop and review annually, a food safety program that your organisation can confidently implement. We will consult with your staff and management team to develop food safety policies and procedures that support the effective operation of your food safety program.
