Training & Short Courses

Legislation requires that all persons who handle food for sale must have skills and knowledge training appropriate to their work activity. FSMS food safety training courses have been developed to satisfy this requirement.

Note: FSMS Training courses are conducted by a qualified trainer (Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training). Completion of the above food safety courses satisfies the Skills & Knowledge requirement of Food Safety Standard 3.2.2 Div 2 (3). All participants will receive a statement of attendance upon course completion.
